    2. Avocado

    Vitamin B6 is an essential element that helps the body make several neurotransmitters that include serotonin, which influences mood. Besides, the B vitamins, including thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin, have positive effects on the nervous system. However, the lack of these vitamins has been linked to increased anxiety in some people. Now, avocados are rich in stress-relieving B vitamins and heart-healthy fat that may help to lessen anxiety.

    3. Blueberries

    At the time you are suffering from anxiety and stress, your body craves vitamin C to help repair and protect the body cells, and blueberries are packed full of it.     6. Yogurt

    It is a surprising fact that fermented food, including yogurt, one you might not ordinarily think of as falling into this category, can help reduce anxiety! At the same time, a link has been found between the consumption of inflamed probiotic foods and a reduction in social anxiety. You can also eat other probiotic foods like pickles, kombucha, sauerkraut, and miso.

    7. Salmon

    A study that was conducted at Ohio University suggests that omega-3 fatty acids are mainly effective when it comes to foods that help with anxiety. However, you can find omega-3 fatty acids in foods like salmon, soybeans, chia seeds, and walnuts, as well as cold-pressed olive oil.
