Of the 2,936 University of Phoenix reviews posted in a two-year period on the site, 60 percent rated their experience as excellent (5-star rating), and 17 percent chose to rate the University as great (4-star rating).

June 10, 2021: Ramon Torrez-Gonzales stated that he always felt like part of the family at University of Phoenix. He explained that this is the only university he has attended where the academic advisors know the name of students and take a personal interest in their success. Torrez-Gonzales went on to say that enrolling in an online degree program at the University was the best decision he has ever made. He ended his remarks by stating that University of Phoenix is a leader in online education while most other institutions are followers.
June 2, 2021: Bunkunola Oritola called University of Phoenix an ideal place for students to excel academically. Oritola credits the University’s staff members and faculty for making this possible.
May 29, 2021: Hortense Binger stated that she had a great experience while completing two online degree programs at University of Phoenix. She especially appreciated the following aspects of her online education:

- Quality instruction

- Staff and faculty members who are especially knowledgeable in their area of expertise and quick to answer student questions and meet individual needs

Like Binger, Payton described staff members as extremely knowledgeable and always ready to provide students with appropriate academic direction. He also felt that receiving instruction from seasoned professionals was at the core of the learning experience.
May 23, 2021: Kenisha Hamilton posted her review immediately after finishing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) online degree program. Hamilton stated that the program schedule was extremely convenient for her and that every staff member she came in contact with went out of their way to be helpful. She also described how her instructors were easy to contact and were available to provide constructive feedback when she needed it. Hamilton would highly recommend University of Phoenix to family and friends.
